An introduction to... The Seafood Guide | 
We launched the first printed copies of 'The Seafood Guide' in September 2003. Our aim was to meet Chefs increasing need for more information on the hundreds of different species we sell every day.
When putting together that first edition, the biggest challenge was squeezing a wealth of information into just 52 pages. Although we included the key 'need to know' info, there was easily enough aditional information left to fill another 52 pages... However, I always knew one day we'd create a fantastic website, where we could add more information along with a menu planning guide, hundreds of recipes, a menu pricing calculator, market insight... and here it is, 'The Seafood Guide Online'!
